My humble abode is the September winner of the Golden Hammer award for the city. It awards people who have renovated old homes but have kept the historical integrity of the home intact. It's basically for exterior work. The people who sold me the home last year are the real recipients of the award, but I had a little open house and stuff after the ceremony. It was really nice.
