It's official: I'm a roller derby convert. I saw my first roller derby bout tonight and it was really cool! A lot of fun to watch. It took a while to get a handle on the rules, but by the end I think I had it sort of figured out and I really enjoyed it! I wish Mid-Missouri would get a team. I looked it up though, and St. Louis and KC both have derby leagues, so I might have to go watch. This team was the HoBots and we decided to cheer them on. They won! They were out of my size for t-shirts so as soon as I got back to the hotel room, I ordered myself a HoBots shirt.
