May 19, 2010 - Rough it up.

I bought this skirt a long time ago. After I got it home, I decided I didn't like the color of it, and thought it looked 'too new', and I've never worn it. Finally, tonight, I started the project of making it more worn in and more my style by using sandpaper on it. The left side is the original, the right is the progress made in one hour. What you can't see is that after only doing one side, my hands were dark blue, there was blue jean fuzz all over me and the carpet, and after trying to clean up the rug, there's beginning to be a blueish hue to the carpet. This will be an ongoing project, I believe...
