March 30, 2011 - Trees trying to do their thing.

These are the prettiest trees and I always love to see them bloom in early Spring. Unfortunately, the winter that's continued here long past it's welcome managed to freeze many of the trees and so the buds and flowers are kind of duller than they usually are. I still smile when I see them, but it's kind of a bittersweet sight this year with so many of the flowers discolored from the frost.
